When using an HTTPS website (Ex: https://www.microsoft.com) then click on a link inside the site that takes you to an HTTP website (Ex: http://www.microsoft.com), your Internet Explorer security will prompt the below warning message:
If you click "Yes", Internet Explorer will block you from going to the HTTP website link. If You click "No", you will be able to continue browsing to it.
To disable the security warning message from comming up again, follow the instructions:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the top menu bar, click on "Tools", then choose "Internet Options".
3. Click on "Security" tab.
4. Click on "Trusted Sites" green checkmark icon, then click on "Custom Level..." button.
5. Change your "Display mixed content" option from Prompt to Enable, then click OK.
Close all Internet Explorer windows afterwards to apply the new settings
