Download and install "TeamViewer" from:

TeamViewer is a software which allows you to remote access your deskop or laptop using a smart phone or an iPad. You may start by installing the application on your phone (For Android, iPhone) or iPad, then follow the instructions during setup to install on your Mac or PC afterwards.
To download the application on an Android phone, simply go to "Market" application and search for "TeamViewer" to install. For iPhone and iPad, you can find the application under "App Store" to install.
After completing the installation of TeamViewer on your smart phone, you need to install Team viewer on the Mac or PC which you would like to access remotely.
Once the setup is complete, you will see an access code provided on your PC or Mac TeamViewer application which you need to enter on your TeamViewer software loaded on your phone to start remote sharing.
